Workout log #2 ♥

Hey lovelies! Today was a harrrd day to workout. It was super hot outside and my muscles were already sored from yesterday, but I'm so glad I was able to finish strong (& by strong I mean...dead!) hahahaha. :)

This is what I did today:

  • Sweat Intervals (the name is no joke...try it!)- 30 minutes
  • Stretching- 10 minutes
  • Dog walk- 10 minutes 
  • Yoga at night (I do yoga with Adrienne, she's awesome)- 15 minutes

I also wanted to share with you guys my current Sweat Mix:
  • Fight Song- Rachel Platten (this song is by far one of my favorites, it's so uplifting and puts me in the best mood ever... I feel refreshed and can take anything that comes my way) ♥

  • Cool for the Summer- Demi Lovato
  • Bad Blood- Taylor Swift

  2. Woah that sounds exhausting! I really admire you for doing this. I love Fight Song! Well, my workout only happens once a week, I go horse riding on a Thursday. I hadn't gone for a few weeks so yesterday was hard work and I can feel the pain in my back this morning. ;] I really enjoy these posts of yours! :)
