Feeling Stressed/Overwhelmed? GET AWAY! ♥

Hey loves! This week has been CRAZY! I had getting very stressed out and was not doing my very best at all. I have been really struggling with college and different responsibilities I've got & my body was shutting me down. I had been feeling very weak, was getting dizzy and had breathing problems so needless to say I wasn't doing good at all. But today I put a stop to all of it. I went to the doctors, found of what was wrong with me, I'm doing a lot better now but definitely have to make my well-being a top priority. I was so tired of not being calm and happy as I usually strive to be, and decided it was time to take care of myself. I went to the doctor, I'm resting and I went to one of my favorite places to relax for a couple of minutes. I always find this place so relaxing and feel like I can totally let go and even if it's just for a little while...shut my mind down and stop thinking about anything else other than breathing and calming myself down.  

I think it's really important to have a place to go to when you are not feeling your best. If everything else is going wrong, find a way to make it better. If you are not doing well, make your well-being a priority and take care of your body and mind. I get stressed and overwhelmed by a lot of things but you know what? when my body shuts down like it did, nothing else mattered because no matter how much I tried, nothing was coming out the way I wanted it to. My lack of energy wasn't helping and trying to push myself more and more was only making me feel worse. So I decided I wanted to share this with you guys so if any of you feel sometimes the way I felt this week, remember YOU are more important and nothing is going to go right if you don't take care of yourself first. So drive along with your favorite music to your favorite place and breath...let it all go and once you are not longer drained and saturated, you will be able to keep fighting and doing your absolute best.
