Summer Challenges!

Hi lovelies! So if you have been following my blog, you may know that I these past few weeks have been very challenging and yet completely amazing for me! I have done things I never thought I could do because of my anxiety but I managed to prove myself wrong. You can read all about that on my last few blog posts if you want to know more, just so I don't make this one super long. I have found it all incredibly life changing. When you constantly put yourself down or think you won't be able to do something, then with hard work you do it...& you are okay, it changes you. It all did in fact change me. This whole experience has shown me that my anxiety disorder is part of me, but it's not who I am. I can live normally and do the things I want to do...even if I know they might get me anxious.
With that being said... my next challenge is coming up very, very soon! *Inhales deeply and exhales slowly! haha.

Summer Challenge II:
Alright, this all seems incredibly crazy to me but I am SO EXCITED! My family is back home, but now I'm the one leaving! This amazing opportunity came up unexpectedly and everyone said I just couldn't turn it down, so I'm not going to. Basically, after my birthday on June 25th, I will be going to TEXAS with my boyfriend! Just thinking about it give me chills! I have to take a plane for about 5-6 hours total and I am very, very nervous...but tickets have been bought and I will go. I am definitely going to need a lot of support to gain confidence and truly enjoy the trip! I don't want my anxiety to ruin it. Have any of you ever experienced traveling anxiety? If so, how do you cope with it or get rid of it? All tips and tricks will be greatly appreciated!

I have to admit I am a bit overwhelmed by the events that have been going on, but maybe this is exactly what I needed for getting better. I was very nervous about my family leaving, but I managed and now that they are back...I still feel like I could be on my own. So maybe this trip will help me realize that I shouldn't be scared of planes and that they are very safe. I'll write all about it, so you can join me on my summer journey!  :)

On a side note, I have been working out every day (either at the gym or at home) & was thinking about creating a new section on my blog about my daily workout and healthy eating! Would you guys be interested? Please let me know! ♥
